Photos and Communications: Before-and-after photos, body measurements, and your communications with our coaching and administrative staff.

Client Data: This is the information generated from your use of our services, such as your daily weight, nutritional choices, and fitness activities. This data is used to personalize your program and for research purposes.

Browsing Information: When you use our website or app, we automatically collect information about your device and how you use our services, such as your IP address, operating system, and browsing patterns. This helps us improve our services and your experience.

How We Use Your Information

By using our services, you grant MetPro a royalty-free, worldwide right and license to store, copy, and use your Client Data to provide the service to you, analyze and improve our services, and conduct research on the efficacy of our offerings. This license continues for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and terminates upon your request for deletion of your personal information under applicable privacy laws, except as required by law or legal obligations.

Help you achieve your fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals.

Enterprise Clients: If your employer or organization provides MetPro services as a benefit, we may share aggregate program data with them to evaluate program effectiveness, such as overall participation and engagement. We do not share individual results or personal information unless you explicitly authorize us to do so.
Research: We may share de-identified Client Data (meaning it cannot be traced back to you) with research institutions and technology partners to conduct studies and improve our services. You can opt out of this sharing if you are a California resident.
