- Self-Reported Information: Health history, biological sex, age, and information about your nutrition and exercise habits.
- Photos and Communications: Before-and-after photos, body measurements, and your communications with our coaching and administrative staff.
Client Data: This is the information generated from your use of our services, such as your daily weight, nutritional choices, and fitness activities. This data is used to personalize your program and for research purposes.
Browsing Information: When you use our website or app, we automatically collect information about your device and how you use our services, such as your IP address, operating system, and browsing patterns. This helps us improve our services and your experience.
How We Use Your Information
By using our services, you grant MetPro a royalty-free, worldwide right and license to store, copy, and use your Client Data to provide the service to you, analyze and improve our services, and conduct research on the efficacy of our offerings. This license continues for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and terminates upon your request for deletion of your personal information under applicable privacy laws, except as required by law or legal obligations.
We use your information to:
- Create your unique profile and tailor our services to you.
- Help you achieve your fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals.
- Process your payments and manage your account.
- Send you educational information, promotions, and offers.
- Conduct research to improve our services and contribute to exercise and nutrition science. For research publications, all data is made anonymous.

- With Your Consent: We will not use your name, photos, likeness, or personal story in any marketing materials without your express written permission. Your participation in testimonials is entirely voluntary. Photos used for coaching remain private unless you explicitly choose to share them.

This includes payment processors, technology partners, wellness providers you enroll through, and referral partners who need limited information to confirm your enrollment. All partners are required to protect your information and use it only for these purposes.
- Enterprise Clients: If your employer or organization provides MetPro services as a benefit, we may share aggregate program data with them to evaluate program effectiveness, such as overall participation and engagement. We do not share individual results or personal information unless you explicitly authorize us to do so.
- Research: We may share de-identified Client Data (meaning it cannot be traced back to you) with research institutions and technology partners to conduct studies and improve our services. You can opt out of this sharing if you are a California resident.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to control your personal information.
- Access and Correct: You can request a copy of your personal information and ask us to correct any inaccuracies.
- Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information. We will delete your Client Privacy Information, but may retain de-identified Client Data for research and service improvement.

For California Residents: You have the right to opt out of sharing your de-identified Client Data, and to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information.
